Shipping Policy

Shipping 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will confirm receipt of your order normally within a few minutes of ordering.  After postage we will notify you of a tracking number for your convenience. We generally post with Sendle, however that is not available to Post Office Boxes.

Standard Shipping (AUS) - Standard shipping orders are carefully and lovingly packaged, picked up by courier and usually arrive within 3-5 business days. However if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Express Shipping (AUS)- Express shipping orders are given priority and goods will usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Express shipping is available to most areas within Australia. Australia Post Next Day Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

International Shipping - Standard international shipping leaves our store within 1-3 business days and depending on destination can take 7-21 business days.
